Staff is nice, the doctor herself is not friendly what so ever. Very unprofessional. Doesn’t answer questions properly, doesn’t pay attention. Has her back turned and asks 20-30 questions without interacting with my child who is the patient. Would not recommend at all. Looking to change my child’s PCP as soon as possible.

The worst service I have gotten. The doctors some of them are good I really like them and the way the help me with issues I have but the receptionist are so rude. When you call the office to confirm some things or just to call about simple information they would have such a bad attitude and I’m not joking their voices are so nasty. I’ve seen them so many times and most of them are on their phones like what type of office are you running. And the wait time is so long and sometimes only one doctor shows up and the wait time is 3-4 hrs it’s ridiculous.

The doctors are good I have no complain with them but the resciptionist are awful. My mother called the doctors office to speak with one of the doctors for just 2 mins and it was an emergency and the receptionist showed so much attitude on the phone saying okay when the doctors available we will call you back. 2 hrs later no response if the doctors not available then tell us instead of waiting. We called again and her voice got so nasty. I went to there office and I saw all the receptionist and let me tell you there’s not one. There’s like 6 of them in the front and I don’t understand why they don’t help. I saw them and some of them are on their phones passing time. All I have to say is I changed my mothers doctors not because of the doctors but because of the receptionists because I was getting what I wanted and most of my information was going through them and then to me. So thank you family health care plaza for your services because I left because of the nasty service I was getting from you.
