Sadly I had a really bad experience in this shop, so I can’t advise to buy here. I bought a really cute and expensive planter and I paid 30 for the delivery (Brooklyn to Manhattan). The planter never arrived and was sent back to the shop by USPS, broken. At this point I wanted a refund because I needed the planter quickly, but The shop’s policy is to not give refunds, so I asked for the same planter to be shipped, but they want me to pay for the delivery again or to pick it up at their shop. Since it’s quite far away and I am 9 months pregnant, I don’t have a car, I won’t be able to pick it up very soon. Moreover, I already paid for a delivery that did not happen so I really don’t get why I should pay again. Plus the new planter will arrive in 2-4 weeks. The sales manager was nice, but other people who work there were really rude. For such an expensive shop you would expect more.
