This place needs new management because it is a barren store with little to no selection.

Great store to visit. Staff is amazing and always attentive to each customers need. Love the management.

Selection is nice. Stuff are extremely mean though.

I was there today with my two sons to purchase new footwear, the girl who was helping us, was not aware of her role in helping customers and subsequently left the store without engaging us. After 10 minutes of waiting in the store, watching the oblivious staff wonder aimlessly, I demanded some service. They could not find the inventory of the style we had selected, or how to size a shoe for an 11 year old child. The staff has absolutely no knowledge of how footwear sales should be conducted and what the purpose of going to a brick and mortar store is to buy footwear. The customer service experience was deplorable. I will never return there, the regional manager should be ashamed.

I went there today to get some vans. They had kids sizes. So I asked for 3 different sizes. Yea it sounds weird but they were different cuts and styles. So the lady gave me an attitude and was like you asked me for 3 sizes already and I don’t need to keep running up and down the stairs for you. I was just about to walk out of the door and not go back. That was so rude. Like you applied to that job and the customers are always right. She was nicer at the check out. But they are really rude and nice at the same time.
