Call before making your appointment online. There are age restrictions and conditions for each vaccine that are not listed online. Even if you have a script, if you do not meet these requirements you will not be served.

Wow! Excellent service beginning at the front door. I was greeted by an employee that asked what service I was there for and was given a number in order of arrival. He immediately welcomed me along with others waiting and allowed us to go to the 5th floor to wait, since we were early. He explained that the building opened at 8:30 and that the service will begin at that time as well. Security guard put us on the elevator to 5th floor. Service began at 8:30. There was no fooling around or chit chatting among staff, I observed simple and professional greeting among professionals and patients and they got right down to business! I'm very proud to see that this location had that down! There was No fuss, No hassle, No insults, No attitudes....from anyone. They did a great job! And yes, I sat around for over an hour after my service as i waited for my ride. There was no change. Everyone came in and left smiling. Go Fort Greene! Show them how to do it right. Kudos. Thank you Fort Greene Staff.

Really bad place, here it says that opens until 4:30 but she people in here close at 2:30 information not really accurate messed my whole day up and also I was supposed to go on a specific day and they told me that I could go earlier but they didn't even let me in to do my immunization, really bad place bad service and leave you clueless without any information at all. Seriously I don't recommend this place at all

The place is dirty and unorganized! Looks like no one wants to work here. You can expect to be here for at least 2 hours for the first time and up to 2 hours the times after. You sit and wait and no one says why it’s taking so long. The patient comes out within 10 min and that we wait 30 min after. Why? Do you need a break after seeing 1 patient. Unfortunately this is the closest location and we are forded to be treated this way.
