Due to pollutants and mold in our pipes we'll not drink the city water unless we had to. We have educated ourselves how ignoring the little flags could bring unnecessary ills to our bodies. So we chose to drink and cook with reverse osmosis water. Once you accustom your taste buds to the pure water you'll be able to tell the drastic difference between the pure and the contaminated one. Culligan delivers this pure water all the way to your doors or desired location in your house. The service spares us from running to different stores, buying one gallon bottles and carrying them to our house. We hated that chore. Brett came out to repair and replace an under the sink reverse osmosis system. He was extremely courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with Brett and the Culligan of Cleveland office.
Every month Culligan is supposed to pick up empty bottles and drop off new bottles. Every month, they leave the new bottles right next to the empty ones and it takes several phone calls to have the empty bottles picked up and the bottle deposits refunded. This service is not worth the hassle. Do not waste your time or money - find another supplier.
