Really convenient having their team for lock installation. Their senior technician was communicative beforehand and even explained the possible risk with deadbolts. I couldn’t rate them any higher. Just collin them for further lock service needs.

Our front door handle had broken. Locksmith expert was very suitable, specialized and well-mannered. It was a very quick repair, and he was super nice. He showed me how to repair it in the future and then didn't want to charge me for it.

Dog Waker was locked out, they came, replaced the lock and charged 300. When they left and she tried to get in with the keys he provided for the new lock, it wouldn’t work and was still locked out. She called back to let them know, company said they would contact the technician and send him over. He never came. She had to call another locksmith to open the door. I’ve called 5 times now, spoke to 4 different people—the last time I was transferred to “customer service department” which is a dead end that tells you to leave a voicemail after 15 minutes of waiting on the line. Do not use this service—they’ll take your 300 dollars, won’t repair their shoddy work and you’ll have to spend another 200-300 on a different locksmith to actually fix your problem.
My experience with this company was exceptional! He came right in time and was nice and specialized. Their price was exceptional! He was quick and very proficient and got my innovative car key cut very fast. This is not like an experience I had with a new locksmith in both time and excellence and price.
