Love love love King’s County Distillery! From awesome Father’s Day gift boxes to straight bourbon to honey moonshine to applejack to frozen mint juleps on the patio, everything is fantastic! So glad I live nearby, to support this local business and get some delicious whiskey.

It is the oldest distillery in New York City. You can sample award-winning whiskeys in their tasting room! But before that, you should take a tour of the distilling facilities to see how whiskey is merged with honey and mellowed to a smooth perfection. If you visit in the summer, you can enter their backyard patio to sip your honey whiskey while dining on BBQ ribs!

This is a wonderful gem in Brooklyn! The tour was fantastic - our guide was a lot of fun and very knowledgeable. The tasting at the end was a good touch, as we sampled their main lineup as well as some special whiskies. I do wish that we were able to walk around in the main room to see the stills up close. And if they had offered a little discount on gift shop merchandise at the end, I would have bought something!

Fun quick tour with bourbon tasting. Factory is fairly small they have one room where they brewing alcohol with a friendly cat in it. And the second floor has a room with all the bourbon barrels - omg, that room smells amazing!!!! Also I enjoyed that you can purchase the bourbon barrels, bourbon chapstick and good prices bourbon at the gift shop.
