This is not a question. I'm a chef and visited this venue for some r&d to find inspiration and insight. I was left utterly uninspired. The foie mousse tasted like cat food smelt. Overcome with iron, the onion marmalade was weak... Like onion and simple syrup.

A really nice brunch in a busy but welcoming space. The ceilings are lofty and the plethora of windows ensure there is plenty of light. Generally the atmosphere is casual and friendly. I found all the staff to be knowledgeable and quick to help. The food was a very enjoyable mix of traditional pub grub and modern American. Probably a 4 star joint but tipped over to 5 based on the fact that they serve Devocion coffee. Awesome stuff.

Had brunch outside today in a little semi enclosed non-heated personal hut surrounded by snow, and the food and service were excellent as always. It was sunny and 32 degrees, but we dressed warm and honestly barely even noticed the cold. Get a hot cup of something and you'll be fine.
