The best doctor I've ever had. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Litvinova is very through and answers all my questions so that I actually understand what the issues are. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend Dr. Litvinova. She’s never in a rush, she will take time to answer all your questions. She offers all natural remedies, which is a huge plus for me!
Horrible experience here, DO NOT COME. In order to come in for a consultation I was informed it would cost me 350 out of pocket despite my insurance being accepted here. That would be just to come in and let them know what I was looking for in the appointment. Additionally to receive any vaccinations they would write me a prescription, I would have to pick them up from the pharmacy, pay for them there, then make a new appointment to have them administered for 20/shot. This is not standard nor acceptable. Do not waste your time/money here.
I had a terrible experience in Dr. Litvinova's office that I never encounter in my life. I made an appointment online with Zocdoc 2 weeks ago (could not reach them over the phone), got the confirmation about an appointment via email and text message. Then, I received reminder about upcoming appointment and time again via text message and email day before the appointment. Even I requested to be called to confirm the appointment, nobody called back and I tried to reach them numerous times for two days, the phone was never answered. Today I went to see the Dr. Litvinova and her front deck lady was very unprofessional, route, and claimed I did not have an appointment. She did not want to hear or to see the confirmation message that I received about upcoming appointment. When I requested to talk to the Dr. she told me to wait and she will solve the issue with the appointment. The Dr never came back to me as she was promised, I had to wait for about an hour and then front desk lady offer me an appointment in the month and was not even interested what was the reason for an appointment and if I can wait for another month. I never encounter such a HORRIBLE, disrespectfull services that staff provide at Dr. Litvinova's office. ALERT: DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME. During my presents in the office I observed that the phone kept ringing and front desk lady was ether hanging it up or do not even try to answer the phone.
