Emilia at Lutheran family health centers family support center @ 6025 6th Ave, Brooklyn NY is a racist. On 10/12/2018, I arrived at 2:15pm at Lutheran healthy center with my small baby. I wrote my name in the check in then sat down. I waited 30minutes and no one called my name. I go to front desk and see still not yet, while I found out someone later than me and her turn already. I went to the front desk and see. My name been called already But I didn’t recognize it’s called me before but it very different.While the lady there I went to the front desk and told her that this is name. she said she called me many times. I say No, . I called u many time I shake my head said tell my name.she said, ok, do u want food stamp? Are you a citizen? Do you vote ？Same address? Ask me a few questions then let me wait. Later, my baby cry then I fed him a little. New people still getting passed me. I still did not haven’t been called. I.have noticed that there were four people that came after me and they were all done. After I went to the front desk and ask she they done everything just wait for the nutritionist. I go back the seat continue wait. Many people just come and been turn them expect me. I ask the worker why didn’t call my name; I been waiting for long time. They spoke to the front desk and told me that did not work on my file at all. That person in charge of my file left work already!! I can’t believe she want me wait for nothing. She forced me to waste my 2.5 hours more. She did it deliberately since she called my name wrong. She’s sucks!!! At last other people help it done.I took train from queens to Brooklyn for 1.5 hours. My Baby too little only 6 months he can’t stand it the weather His fever was so bad!! I total spent 5 more hours going there and returning home.

Worst experience of my life..forced to deal with this older lady named Katherine for 3 yrs...YES 3 YRS!...NO PROGRESS....THINGS GOT WORST.. these people just watch the clock... worry about their money..they messed me up badly giving me meds that made me gain over 100 pounds.. I'm going to report this lady and this business...
