This was my first time visiting this establishment. I was very impressed upon walking in. The young lady at the front desk was courteous and professional. I was scheduled for a Brow Wax and Tint with Mai. She was very welcoming upon meeting me. The service rendered was amazing, I'm very satisfied with how my brows turned out. I will definitely be returning to have my brwos done again.

If you’re looking for QUALITY and long lasting eyelash extensions, this is absolutely the place to go. Very friendly & the sweetest front desk staff. I was pleasantly surprised with how organized and efficient everyone was there. Every lash artist here regardless of level is very knowledgeable and talented. Big thank you to Tameika ! Lux is the absolute BEST lash lounge there is. Their customer service is always on point from the second you call to make your appointment which is very important to me. As soon as you walk in the door the first time you’re treated like family. I planned to only do lash extensions only once for a vacation that was over a year ago and I’ve been obsessed since then. I’ve been to other lash techs and there is absolutely no comparison to the quality and perfection you get from Lux, I will never go anywhere else. The lounge is so cute and clean and a very comfortable environment. Other lash techs may be cheaper but you should be paying for QUALITY long lasting lashes, you can’t be cheap when it comes to this because you will be paying much more in the long run from damage, trust me I learned the hard way. All the girls are so knowledgeable about their craft and you can tell they really love what they do. I’ve been going to Sammi Jo the past few appointments and she always delivers exactly what I want and the whole procedure is painless, as crazy as it may sound you will leave every time feeling like a princess. Thank you Lux Lash Lounge for making us feel beautiful and delivering perfection each and every time!

If I could give more stars I would! My lash lounge for almost two years. My lashes are to die for, consistently, every fill-in, they are PERFECT. They are always on time, I’ve never waited more than a few minutes. The gals are the best!! Kind & professional! I drive a distance to get to Lux Lash Lounge and it’s totally worth it! So glad I found them.
