I came to this place to buy bunch of flowers for my wedding arrangements. What a great price I got for all these flowers plus few other discounts. Customer service was also amazing, personnel very helpful/attentive and pleasure to talk to, and I received few recommendations as I am not pro in buying flowers and dealing with them. Love to come to a place and leave it smiling and this was the case.

The guy who answers the phone is extremely rude! It doesn’t help that there’s a language barrier, but on top of that, he has no patience as I tried to figure out which type of flower I wanted. He told me to figure out what I wanted and he has other things to tend to! How dare him!! I WOULD NEVER SPEND MY MONEY IN SUCH ESTABLISHMENT!! Customer service sucks!! They need someone with more patience answering phone calls! He’s HORRIBLE!! One star is too good of a rating! He deserves a negative 10!!
This people are crooks! They will give you 3 different prices the lowest on the phone and when you come in they raise the price. The quality of flowers is really below standard. The icing on the cake is their customer service which unprecedently horrible , -5 stars if possible!! Avoid by all means. I'm an owner of a flower decor business for the last 20.years and this business is absolutely horrible in all the aspects of this statement!!!!
