Shopped in women's shoes with my sister and the associates were abundant and very helpful. The store has been remodeled and looks nice, but a few spots are still being renovated. The store is so nice, bright and clean! The remodel looks very nice. The exterior remodel as well is nice. I like coming here because of the selection and varying sizes. This is the downtown Brooklyn location on Fulton Street at around 6:45pm.

It was nice, clean and just the right amount of people in the store. So they are doing a great job to make sure they are following the covid 19 rules to make sure the customers can still shop in a safe environment. So yeah they get TWO thumbs up from me.

It is important for anyone, i would think, to be able to put value to purchases. That's exactly the feeling I had this past weekend walking of Macy's by Pen station. This, thanks to the wonderful Salespersons, who would go over and beyond to make sure you walk out satisfied. Would surely and without hesitation recommend this location to anyone. Happy shopping
There's no one working on the floor. I had to get on the register line just to ask a question. Thank goodness the cashier was nice and professional.
