I was told that my order was 33 and I didn’t have to sign the check. I look at my card and I see a 38 charge. Also they aren’t following COVId safety rules. People aren’t 6ft apart and some without mask. The hell. Also, My boyfriend tells me that he pays 25 dollars for the same thing I order. They don’t have prices on the wall. Which i believe that charge you what they want. And i feel like it was because I’m not Caribbean. It’s truly messed up. I’m not going to this place again. And I’m calling my card company to dispute the amount of charge.

Some of the best Caribbean food I’ve ever eaten!! Super yummy. At least pre-Covid, they were always busy with tons of regulars and I think this says a lot in a neighborhood of predominantly Caribbean immigrants. Friendly staff. Great jerk chicken! Make sure to get everything covered in oxtail gravy! Come earlier in the day since by the end of the day the chicken isn’t as moist as it is earlier on. Would recommend any time of day though honestly! They really put a lot of pride and care into their food!
I really loved this place! I ordered the stewed chicken with rice and peas, and veggies. Everything tasted so hot and fresh, did I mention the chicken was falling off the bone, soooo tender. I was very impressed for my first time. They don't have the prices listed anywhere when you walk in, but it's reasonable. There are a few window seats where you can people watch. The people were very nice.
