Update: I did receive a prompt and courteous response from management regarding the issue and was assured it was something that would take seriously. I ultimately decided to cancel my membership anyway, but did appreciate the professionalism. Management also reached out to say they were installing lock boxes that you could use your own locks for added security. I can not verify whether this actually happened but again it's nice they addressed the issue. Original Review : Have enjoyed using this gym for a while now. Recently had an acquaintance that left due to theft of cash from their locker. I normally never have cash so I have never had a problem. Unfortunately, the one time I have cash it gets stolen from a zipped pocket on the inside of my coat. If you work out here make sure you show up with no cash or anything of value. The locker room, including your locker, is not secure. All employees have access to your locker combo. I definitely think an employee here is up to no good. Unfortunate, as I enjoy the facility, but gonna have to cancel.

This is a great gym! It’s very clean and there's always lots of space, including a beautiful outdoor deck! The gym provides you with your own combination locker, as well as clean work out clothes, towels, hair ties, and a multitude of toiletries. Great classes and instructors.
Expensive, but extensive. Quiet and clean facility with attentive staff. Never too crowded.
I love the convenience of a permanent locker to keep shoes etc and they even supply workout clothes so you can just show up and work out. Very clean, and never crowded. I really enjoy access to a balcony to take my workout outside on a nice day.
Great little gym in downtown Brooklyn, never crowded, never have to wait to use weights or machines. Small, intense classes during lunch and after work. They provide gym clothes, towels and permanent lockers so really convenient for people who work nearby. Clean locker rooms with sauna and steam room, also never crowded.
