Clean station, above ground. Gets pretty packed at times

Overcrowded, long line to buy card, machine had complication trying to purchase or add money to my cards, after all said and done, There was a wait in line to enter because most people had to swipe and reswipe few times, to have turnstile operating, only to have a crowd of people on the platform, and never mind the overcoming of the train itself, I just wonder who cares at all?
