Marshall’s is my favorite place at this Marshall on avenue Y it’s the best everything you’re looking for I know with the pandemic they are a little bit empty but I know they’ll get things back together as soon as we have some kind of normalcy looking forward to shop with my friends and family at Marshall love this place

This place definitely need more improvement with organization and a better customer service. I am tired of the excuses they keep giving for all retailing, restaurants, banks, etc.. Not providing an excellent customer service just because it’s NYC and everyone is normally rude. I refuse to accept that. Just smile, least you could do as part of your job. If you don’t like it and would like to bring your personal life at work, then these jobs aren’t for you!
