Stephen at Natty Garden blessed us with the best plant buying experience we could have imagined! Not only did he share his extensive expertise on the variety of the plants they carry, but he went above and beyond in referencing photos of my home to curate a selection of houseplants best suited to the apartment’s temperature and proximity to sunlight. He was extremely mindful of our taste while prioritizing the well-being of the plant life. Do yourself a favor and come to this location for top-notch customer care. I’ve been coming here for at least 4 years and never had a problem with the plants or the workers. Yes it may be a little pricey compared to Home Depot or Lowe’s , however you are getting better quality and well cared for plants. My daughter and I went in to purchase a plant but came out with 4 plants and a pot. Steven was extremely helpful granted it was a Saturday afternoon and busy. He was knowledgeable about the plants and I look forward to returning for my next plant.
This store is a gem! Beautiful plants with consistent variety and the staff members are nothing but knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. Way more reasonably priced than many of the other neighboring plant shops, too.
