I have been taking bladesmithing classes with Theo for the past year and a half. He and his instructors are all excellent, patient teachers who go the extra mile to see their students succeed. Classes are challenging and offer skill progression and clear paths to more advanced projects with student input. The new shop in Industry City is beautiful and well equipped and Theo has curated a fun, supportive atmosphere among his students. I highly recommend Nazz Forge to anyone interested in working with their hands and looking for a new challenge.

I bought a couples knife making class as a wedding gift for my husband and me. This was one of the best experiences! Theo was a great teacher providing much needed guidance without hovering. The new space is beautiful! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants to try something a little different and hands-on!

Not a lot of options when it comes to learning smithing in the city which is why we're so lucky and fortunate to have one of the best here offering classes. Theo and team are true experts at what they do and will help guide you every step of the way into making the knife or sword your dreams while learning the tools and techniques of smithing. I signed up to do 1 knife and fell in love with the craft and have been going regularly ever since.

For a practice that could come off as intimidating, Theo and the team of the forge make the introduction to blacksmithing and bladesmithing super welcoming and easy. Safety is always the number 1 priority in the forge, but the hospitality that is given is right on its tales. I did not expect to receive the education that I did from my course, and it has made me want to pursue this hobby and continue to utilize the tools bestowed upon me from my time at Nazz Forge. With the education, I left with a beautiful knife that I will forever cherish. To work inside of a forge it takes patience, focus and discipline. Each one of these is practiced by the super humble Theo as he instructs everyone in the forge to produce the best product possible. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to learn the in’s and outs of a blacksmith forge.
