I visit them today, my mom is senior and I ask them what number can I contact so they can fix my mom apartment and they didn’t provided me anything just told me that I have to wait until they call me, is a lie. They are rude and don’t have education and they can’t talk to people, they very disrespectful and rude. I did my research and I found a number on line which they can help you and schedule to come to fix the stuff in the apartment, and how come she couldn’t the office inform me that because they are lazy and they don’t help the residence. It’s sad how they treat the people.

These nycha building neglect the tenants the outlet wiring and pipes are old so this is the second time the fuse box caught on fire and have been two weeks with out power. The old pipes leak often we’ve put in so many tickets and they just send maintenance workers who can’t do anything about this. We aren’t the only tenants that have these kinds of problems.
