We had a blast arriving and grabbing a quick drink at the first floor bar, then carrying it in our pre-purchased assigned seats. The server was personable, attentive, and courteous while taking orders before and during the film. The seats were comfortable and clean, and the drinks were spot on. I ordered a Beyond Burger with a side salad and it was good. The salad was fresh and well dressed. After, we hung out at the second floor bar - it was chill. I actually accidentally left my credit card there and had to email the next day. The manager wrote back quickly and was friendly; when I retrieved it, the staff was quick and helpful. I appreciated the polite, efficient vibe all around - that kind of vibe makes it easier to relax and have a good time. I like a well run establishment.
