This is an excellent car service. The drivers are extremely professional, the cars are incredibly clean and they do not smell of exhaust. They normally have cabs available.
If i could i would give 0 stars. The lack of professionalism in this case was ASTOUNDING. I called for a pet friendly vehicle and did not get one. We use this service because it has pet friendly vehicles and we needed to transport a dog to the vet. After waiting for 30 minutes for a car, the driver pulls up outside the vet and sees that we have a dog and will NOT allow us into his car. He then begins to argue with me about how the service didn't tell him we had a dog, and he didn't want to let us in. After convincing him that my hypoallergenic, non-shedding sheep dog would be fine, he then ALLOWS us to put her in his SUV trunk on top of pee pee pads that I had received from the vet so she was not actually touching his \precious\ car. He then proceeds to call the service and yell about the fact that we are in his car and he didn't want to drive us within earshot so we, as the passengers, heard the conversation and rode with him very uncomfortably. If it were a quick service we would have waited for the next car, but with a sick dog we just wanted to get her home as quickly as possible. I then call to complain about the driver when I get home, and the customer service department acts like its my fault and defends this jerk to me and tells me that the driver called them again to complain about us! One of the absolute WORST experiences I have ever had and I caution anyone from using this service. Mean angry drivers, and terrible customer service. A industry based around consumers should know that the customer is always right, and in this case I absolutely was. I have never been treated so poorly.
Do not use this service if you have a child. I used this service twice. Both times I requested a rear facing car seat. These requests were acknowledged. Both times the cars turned up without a rear facing car seat . After the first experience I decided to book again, giving them a chance of redemption .They failed. The day before the agreed pick up date I visited the office to confirm they had the request for the rear facing car seat. The lady on shift showed me the booking, which clearly stated the request for a rear facing car seat. A good sign..... The car arrived with a front facing car seat. ..... sigh....... The driver did not know how to install the car seat safely. I decided to use the front facing car seat, but the driver did not install it properly which made the seat very unsafe and unsuitable. I called the office to discuss this issue, and was informed that the service do not provide rear facing car seats at all. I tried to enquire why the booking was accepted, but this fell on deaf ears. The driver and the office staff were dismissive and unapologetic. I decided to cancel the booking and instead used another service.
I have been using this car service for years, my family used it as well. Always prompt, on time, clean and comfortable cars and drivers are courteous and very professional.
