When I found out FedEx had lost the package I sent, Charlie, one of the customer service people in the store, was so kind to help. Not only did he go above and beyond to try to locate the package and have it delivered, but he constantly checked the status of my package, and kept me informed at all times. Although the package was in the end lost, he helped me with writing the claim against FedEx, and waived the shipping cost when I sent the package for the second time. He was a great professional. Although it was a very annoying process, he was very helpful and responsive throughout. Thanks Charlie!
If there is zero star I will give it to them. The tall lady with the nasty attitude make you think twice if you want to go to this place. They need to train her how to take care of customers and do her job. IF YOU WANT TO RUIN YOUR DAY THEN GO THERE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE.
They gave pricing options for shipping holiday gifts and sent an email quickly with all the tracking data. Overall, seems like a well run and organized business.
I went to get my passport photos taken and the person helping me answered by questions and was patient with me. I've been here a few times and I've always had a positive experience. It's not a warm and friendly atmosphere at times, but gets the job done!
