I've never given a one star review before but felt I needed to for the service I received. The sales rep came out two different times to take measurements and then sent an estimate that clearly says \This is a legally binding contract\ on it. After signing the contract and waiting over a month the same sales guy called back a few weeks before the job was to be done and said there was a mistake on the estimate and it would cost 300 more. After some back and forth I reminded him it was a legally binding contract. I asked him to call back closer to the install date but never heard from the company again. Were I a litigious person this would have been easily resolved in court. As a result of the breach of contract I instead moved on and would not recommend this company.

These guys did great work replacing our gutters that were damaged in a hail storm. They know their product very well and are more than willing to help explain every detail of the job. I like to know what I'm getting before hand and they were very patient. They helped us pick just the right color to go with the house and made good suggestions along the way. The install was done on time and with great attention to detail. Every thing was very secure and we couldn't be happier. Bonus round: When our siding company came to do the siding they took off the downspouts of course. For what ever reason they really messed up putting the downspouts back on when they were done. Half of the screws were missing, new holes were drilled for no apparent reason and nothing was aligned properly. I told my siding company to take a hike and call Mid-State Seamless Gutters. Thank goodness one of their guys came out and repaired the downspouts in a couple hours. They look perfect again! I would use these guys every time!
Called for help with a clogged downspout which a year ago they told me was fine and didn’t need replacing when they replaced the gutter and put on a screen (so not much new material should have gotten into gutter or downspout). Instead of offering a solution, they basically told me to call someone else. Better customer service would have been to offer to come out and take a look and offer me a solution (and maybe a discount on the cost of the solution). Also, don’t waste your money on the screen. Material collects on the edge of it, requiring frequent ladder trips to remove.
I am very happy we choose Mid-State Seamless Gutters and would HIGHLY recommend them to all. I worked with Evan who came to our house and I was very impressed on how knowledgeable he was on all the pro's and con's of the vast array of available gutter and gutter cover options. After having 5 other quotations for completely re-doing our entire house with these upgraded gutters, what really sold me on Mid-State was Evan's clear and honest communication style along with his unmatched responsiveness and follow-up. We had a couple of minor tweaks that needed to be done after the install and Evan was super responsive and made sure the final tweaks were done perfectly - and they are now! We love our Valor Gutter covers (they are the best covers out there by far). Great work Mid-State and a special call out to those who are lucky enough to get Evan as your sales rep.
Excellent Service provided from start to finish from Mid-State Seamless Gutters. Bob came out and walked us through all of options and couldn't be happier. We have a ton of trees in our yard so we went with the Valor covers & so far they do not disappoint! Worth every penny spent. Erik and his crew were professional with great attention to detail on our home & garage. We had a ton of debris in our old gutters but they cleaned everything up not leaving any cleanup for us to do. Once they were finished he walked us all around the house showing us the work & how the new downspouts work. Thanks Erik & team on a job well done!
