I worked at waterfront for many years and although I’m no longer there I still love everything about this place. Waterford is a wonderful place to stay as with every place it may have its down falls but there is nothing you can’t communicate to staff about to make it right. Waterford is full of wonderful caring and loving staff members that have all been employed at this facility for 6 years. There is no assignment to big our small for them. You will not be disappointed in the service/ cares this facility provides. I assure you that your love one will be taken care of as if they are the staff members family. If your loved one is moving on the manor side and want privacy they will have just that... Just know there is no judgment if they stroll to the assistant living side. Everyone will always welcome them to walk over an participate in any activities taken place. There’s no place like home for sure but there is no better place to be other than Waterford assisted & independent living.

Our family has found The Waterford to be an amazing facility in many ways. The community has wonderfully maintained landscaping and the facility is always extremely clean. The staff is always friendly, attentive and accommodating. While these have been trying times we have been very happy and would recommend The Waterford to other families who are looking for their loved ones. The new Chef has been amazing and the dining services spectacular. Thank you to team Waterford. Keep up the good work.

We had our mother in their care for less than 24 hours. The shared toilet on our first day was full of feces, which was smeared on the toilet and walls - no one cleaned it for 12 hours. My mother was not checked on from dinner until 11:30pm - family had to take her to the bathroom and dress her for bed. No one showed up with medications until the family called at 9pm. There was NO STAFF in the dementia ward overnight. This place does not have enough staff to care for all the needs of their Alz patients. And they lied about refunding our money. We are reporting them to the state.

I toured this community and was impressed from the moment I walked in. A staff member greeted me right away and assisted in completing my COVID-19 screening and temperature. The receptionist was extremely friendly, and the lobby area is very homey! What impressed me the most was that all of the staff members greeted me on my tour and genuinely seemed happy to be there.

My husband and I recently moved in to Waterford Manor. Our family chose 10 communities to look at, and Waterford was the unanimous #1 choice! The workers here are super great. They are all concerned, kind, thoughtful, and take their time with us. You couldn't find any staff better anywhere else!
