I have been coming to Parkset for many many years. I own several apartment buildings in Brooklyn and with the colder weather here, I required immediate attention for boilers and heat throughout my units. The owner was extremely reasonable price wise and the men that came in to work did an AWESOME job. Everything was done to PERFECTION and my tenants and I couldn’t be any happier. Great work, price was right, honest and hardworking. highly recommend!!! A

Work will be completed on time and will be done RIGHT! The owner Tom got someone to my house right away and my problem fixed. I highly recommend and will be using Parkset in the future for any of my plumbing needs.
Parkset is amazing! They are by far the best in the area. I called multiple plumbers and they were the most respectful, responsive, honest, professional and came to my apartment immediately to compete the job. Would highly recommend if you want high quality service and the job done right!!! Use parkset you will be super satisfied!!
I have heard excellent things about their work, however the person I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude, dismissive and talked over me throughout the conversation. The job I was asking them to do was too small which is understandable. I was surprised at the tone of the conversation. ****After I left my review the owner responded with a response that implied I was asking them to do something that was ethically dubious. All I asked them to do was hook up a claw foot tub. He told me that he would do the whole bathroom but that hooking up a tub was not a big enough job. I have included a photo of the tub that I just had installed. In addition I am downgrading my review from a three star review to a one star review.
