I had an amazing experience here for a wedding! The staff was fantastic to work with and very helpful. It is a huge venue with lots of different locations and they were able to guide me the entire time. The outdoor ceremony and indoor reception location were incredible! I highly recommend Patina Events and their staff. Top Notch!!!

I had an excellent time. Whenever I am at the Garden I just lose myself. The atmosphere, the events, all so well organized, and splendid.

A very cheerful and smoothly run event in the distinctive, comfortable Palm Room at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden- a fitting place for the 25th anniversary celebration of the NYC Compost Project. The room was well-set up, the staff welcoming, unobtrusively efficient & friendly. The food was truly excellent, there was plenty of it, and the drinks always at hand.

Patina Events should be ashamed of themselves! I've been to many parks, and I know it's pretty usual to overpay at parks for mediocre food. Patina Events takes it to a whole new level, a level I would put in the category of thievery. We were at the Botanical Gardens for the Sakura Matsuri Festival yesterday. We were hungry, figured we were in luck, there's probably better food because of the festival. Boy were we wrong. My sister ordered a bento box. 19 seemed like a lot, but hey, it's a park. Guess what was in said \bento box?\ A sushi roll, a few sliced veggies and a handful of seeweed salad. It wasn't one of those overloaded fancy sushi rolls either, but a basic roll that normally goes for 5-6. Of course, she was still starving when she was done with her 19 tray of nothing. I was thinking of ordering the onigiri, which was priced at 8, more than double what I pay just a few blocks away. When they showed it to me, I realized it's also ice cold and much smaller, so I said forget it. Later in the day I broke and bought a hot dog. 7 for a hot dog and bun. No slaw, no kraut, no onions, a basic mediocre hot dog. When my daughter's bag of chips rang up at 4 I felt like the hot dog was a bargain though. Seriously, 4 for a bag of chips!! Not even Disney dares to charge these prices. Needless to say, the next time we had to the Botanical Gardens, we will eat elsewhere beforehand.
