This is the fifth Honda that we have purchased from Plaza Auto Mall. We needed to buy this car as a result of a rear-ending that caused the total loss of our old Accord. It was a pleasure to work with Steve and Kevin. Steve is knowledgeable, listened to our concerns, took the time to explain all of our options, and helped us make the best choice. Kevin, in addition to helping us with the financing, gave us some great tips to help us negotiate with our insurance company regarding the value of the totaled Accord. i came in to have my engine checked because I felt it was overheating.. The technician checked it thoroughly and determined there was nothing wrong. After dealing with Toyota for 2 weeks, then having them order the wrong radio and then having to return a second time for installation of the correct radio, I was at peace today because of Kevin. Kevin was able to get me in and out within an hour, and for that reason, I was very appreciative! However, overall Plaza Toyota needs to improve on their customer service when customers call. They don't answer the phones and you usually get the run around when trying to solve a simple issue. Thank you Kevin for making my day begin smooth and thanks to the technician that completed the job expeditiously.
