I’ve been going to Plaza Optical Center for a couple of years now, and have been thoroughly impressed by the swiftness and helpfulness of everyone here. The doctors are quick and helpful (my visits are super efficient but very informative - they act quick but make sure to answer all my questions) and the rest of the staff are absolutely accommodating in processing orders, scheduling appointments and follow-ups, and are overall super cheery to be around. I highly recommend it here!

I have very high astigmatism and have struggled for years to find comfortable contacts that properly fit my eyes. Dr. Jin Chiu was very helpful and patient, helping me try out multiple brands of contacts (which needed to be special-ordered, since my prescription was so high). Because of the pandemic I wasn’t able to pick up the special ordered trial contacts until 5 months later - yet when I came in for my follow up Dr. Chiu quickly remembered the issues I have and the specifics of my history. I could tell he really cared about helping me find something that could work with my difficult eyes. I now happily have a prescription that fits! Before Dr. Chiu, I saw Dr. Phung at this office - she was really great but I’m happy to say Dr. Chiu is perhaps even better!
