If you’re looking for authentic, tasty and inexpensive Polish food, Pyza is one of the best options around. The simple, no-nonsense menu and atmosphere is great and the portions are generous and filling. If you can’t decide what you want they have a fantastic combo plate that will fill you up and you’ll have plenty to take home for another meal.

Authentic polish home cooked food. This is a self service restaurant, you order with the friendly guy at the counter, and you pickup your tray of food. The portions are huge, but the food is a bit on the greasy side. Highly recommend their Kielbasa, which you can order as a side (not on the menu). We ordered the polish plate and chicken cutlet and a side of Kielbasa. The polish plate at 14 comes with salad, pickles, kielbasa, pierogi, potato pancakes, stuffed cabbage and mashed potatoes. The cutlet/entrees come with 2 sides each.

Best Polish food I’ve had outside of Poland. The guy taking the orders is super cool and nice. Big portions so come hungry!

The chicken cutlets are superb. Always got the Chicken Devaile which owners son made to perfection. White borsht soup with mashed potatoes; wow! Blintzes and pierogi to die for. Always wonderful bread and side dishes. This is a homey small cafeteria restaurant not a place to linger in but they don't bother you. If yo sit for an hour you will see 5 changes of people in one place setting. TAKEOUT IS EASY but there may be a line which is very worth waiting on!

Flash back to elementary school cafeteria. Warm and hearty food that you can enjoy wholeheartedly. I ordered pork schnitzel with mashed potatoes and coleslaw beets salad as side. The mashed potatoes were soft and creamy/buttery. The schnitzel was crispy and meat was tender. Beets salad was sweet and refreshing. Coselaw was nice and crunchy; not overwhelming with mayo flavor. There is no gravy or sauce. Since that tasted good, I also got tripe soup. Warning... It is hot! But very delicious and packed with flavor from herbs, celery, carrots. You can soak it all up with the sour bread slices they give you. Only regret... I should have gotten cucumber salad, since I love it, but didn't know they had it. I'll definitely be coming back. They don't provide water, you have to clean your table after finishing (just like polish school cafeteria). Highly recommend it to anyone.
