I used to give this company a lot of business over the years although there was definitely room for much improvement. I would use them at least 4-5 times a week every week for work, leisure, appointments etc. After having an argument with a driver who insisted i be even more late for my appointment so that he could stop and make change of my 20 bill, after he was already late in picking me up, I decided that it was time to take my business elsewhere. I was not at all pleased with the driver nor the dispatcher's attitude regarding the situation when phoning in to the base. Not to mention certain drivers want to charge you all different prices for the same trip and being told a car is 5 minutes away could easily turn into an actual 15-20 minute wait. I have since been using more technologically advanced car services and their services are conducted in a completely professional yet friendly manner. Now I save more money using these other options and I am quite satisfied with the service that I receive. Quality definitely lost a good customer.

Quality car service had really good service up until a few months ago. Now you call, the woman who answers the phone gives you a time and the driver never arrives at that time. You call back she has an attitude. Wait I thought I was the one paying for this service, I have all right to call and find out where the car is. I just waited 20 mins for a cab that was suppose to be there in 7 mins. I will not being calling them again. And they need better training in customer service.
The best, love their hold music but best of all they have an app and they usually come early the only thing I give a 1 star for is the old dispatcher that they had she was so rude but they must've replaced her because there's a polite guy there now. I recommend them.
Wish I can give it less than a star. 12-26-2013 at 5:30pm The dispatcher/operator is very rude. She obviously doesn't know how to talk to people or hasn't received proper training. I called to request a cab and she answers and mumbles something and hangs up. I call back and I ask her did she hang up on me? She rudely replies that she said she had no cars. I said okay that I didn't understand her. With her attitude she says \Well can you hear me now?\ I just hung up on her even though I would have liked to curse her out. Anyways,would not recommend..... only as a last resort. I hope people will see this review and stand clear of the \Ghetto girl\ working at Quality.
Simply horrible paid for 5hrs told the driver drop my feiend and come nack will pay fir extra hour, he left me a the club and stopped answering phone.
