So this was a 5 star review on a beautiful dining room table that I first received about 3 years ago from them , that is now a 1 star and if I could make it less I would. I made the mistake of giving them a follow up order on a china cabinet to match the dining room table, that was well over a year ago probably approaching 2. After a down payment of 4000 dollars , communication became few and far between until the sob story came and a promise that id get what I ordered with no additional payment needed , that was July 2019, since then I've basically heard nothing despite my constant emails and phone calls . DONT GIVE THEM MONEY, just burn it at least you can watch it go to waste

I've been trying to arrange for my client's order to deliver for almost a year. This order is paid in full and I cannot get them on the phone or via email to arrange for delivery. I have called and emailed and communication is pretty much non-existent. If you like paying for goods you never receive, this is the vendor for you!
I own a coffee table and shoe bench from them and had it for about 3 years. I have since received several compliments on my furniture. The reason for the review now is I cracked the glass of my coffee table due to putting a hot dish on it (ugh) and these guys even years later gave me excellent service. Steven came to measure the table just so the size of the glass was the right fit. Support a small business and make your home look amazing at the same time!
