Terrible service that provided a mediocre apartment with no maintenance and did not provide that oommate resolution\ that was promised. Lease was potentially never signed by landlord but they still moved me in so now I'm screwed out of the deposit that they held especially since they pick slumlords who block you to avoid paying you back. Never responded to emails in a timely manner, and what business doesn't have a phone number? And now, apparently they've closed down.

I found out about this company through a posting in one of NYC's many Facebook housing groups. I had never heard of this company before, but I went to see one of their apartments and it blew everything else I had seen out of the water. Everything was really new and the price was very reasonable. I ended up taking the smallest room in one of their properties on St James Pl in Brooklyn and am very happy with how everything worked out. I was in touch with Fernando from start to finish and he is the man! He was always available whenever I had a question and helped make the whole process seamless. I was placed with random roommates, which was definitely a risk, but the girls they placed me with ended up are cool and all four of us are pleased with the arrangement. Roomeze definitely has their act together and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new, fairly-priced room in Brooklyn.

I had a great experience finding an 1BD through Roomeze. I saw a listing on StreetEasy being managed by the group and was able to quickly view the apartment I wanted to see. Richie was very flexible and let me view the apartment even though I came ahead of our scheduled time.
