Why are you even a pharmacy holding people's medication when you can't keep your hours? It says that you closed at 7 today I've been calling since 6 I show up at 6: 30 and the lights are completely shut off as if like you were never even open. You close early on a Saturday at 3 like that's convenient for who then you're close on Sunday not today is Monday and I don't even know if you would even open it's not a holiday. When business owners say people don't support small businesses this is why the stupidity and the incompetence that you have to deal with is unreal. I literally watch seven people come to the door and Pull It in shock and look at that time like why they closed you guys don't sell tips you have people's medication in there you can't post hours of service and never be there it's Monday what excuse do you have that you're closed early Sunday you were off and Saturday you were at 3 allegedly

I have been going to this pharmacy for the past 3 years. The staff are very nice and they treat you like family. They are always very helpful nd remind me when I need to pick up my medications.
I love this pharmacy. They have good Otc products and prescriptions are always on time!
I recently started going to this pharmacy and they have truely been helpful and suppprtive. I use to go to the rite aid a block away, but people at the rite aid, especially the manager was rude and nasty to me. Ever since I transitioned to royal pharmacy they have been nothing but caring, professional, and welcoming. Highly recomnend royal pharmacy on church ave!
STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!!!! This is the WORST and MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I’ve ever patroned. From the low .level employee to the management there was a lack of courtesy, customer care, and strong business ethic. These people were all about themselves! They don’t stand behind what they offer whether its product or service. Their attitude reflects a disdain for the community for which they are located, with their only agenda being to get your dollars. I would encourage people not to “Spend one cent” in this establish if value is what you seek. You will surely not get it here!!!!! If I could rate this place a -10, I surely would.
I go in to fill a prescription to fill and their internet is down and they can not fill it. They take my telephone number down and they tell me they will call me as soon as was back up. Never received a call and had to move the prescription to another pharmacy 5 day later. FAIL
