I ordered dancers for my office's Black History Month Celebration. It was such a great turnout with the dancers and drummers. Not only did they dance, but they interacted with my employees and informed them on some of the background of Afro-Caribbean dance and where it originated from. This was truly a great experience and we will definitely contact them again for next year!
The Samba Novo Brazilian Music & Dance group made our Inaugural Caribbean Carnival celebration at Hartwick College a fun and memorable one! Students, faculty and staff were in awe of the Moko Jumbies on stilts, had a blast learning how to Samba with the dancers and felt the energy & rhythm of the drummers. Everyone on campus has been buzzing about the performance ever since, with even more people who did not attend the event expressing their deep regret after they saw snippets on Snapchat in the days following the event. This is a must have group to feature at your event if you're hoping to add some additional flavor and excitement! Ron DeFrancesco was easy to work with and communicated regularly. I will definitely be bringing them back to campus in the future!
We hired Ron and his team to perform at our recent fundraiser and they were fantastic. The costumes were amazing and, after the perfomance they continued to interact with the crowd to kick the party up another notch. We loved working with Samba Novo and would highly recommend them.
Ron and his team know what they’re doing. I had all these crazy suggestions but please trust Ron’s experience. My bride was thrilled and my guests loved the experience. Ron guided us with our options. We went with the two Jumbie, two dancers and three drummers. It was a huge success. You won’t be disappointed!
