I would give them 10 stars if possible. My camera stop working because of rain damage and looked for camera repair shop everywhere but couldn't find reliable place to fix it. Called Canon but they ask me to ship it at own risk somewhere in midwest. I gave up on an idea of fixing Canon Rebel 6i until I found Shocked Electronics on the web. To my surprise they were located in my own neighborhood and I didn't even know. I must have passed from their shop at least twice a day everyday. Called them yesterday twice but no response. In few minutes, got call back from Andrew that he was on second line and he'd be happy to look into my camera. I took my camera today and they were able to fix it in less than hour. They accept credit or debit card and 30 days guarantee on their work. They produced proper transaction and gave me receipt of my payment. Very professional at work. I would recommend this business if anyone looking to fix their camera. Give them a chance to serve you.

Awesome fast service, my shutter gave out on my panasonic G7 got it all fixed for a great price and fast over the weekend, did o I mention a great Fast turnaround . Awesome prices for repairs, used products as well as new gear. Whatever it is you need repaired weather a simple cracked screen on your phone, or more complex things like a damaged drone or your camera scrapped out on you during Grandmas birthday.
