Thanks again for access to the Marina to test out the Botmaran (Bottles & Catamaran) for my sons 5 th Grade project.
Extraordinary customer service. The young man who assisted me was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I informed him that I knew nothing about fishing equipment and he made sure that I left with everything I needed so I can gift the fishing rod to my son, ready to use.
Customer service is great. I love those guys
Last two times I've been here in the last 4 months they had kids ages 9-22 working the shop and with such egos it gave me a good laugh. If I wanted to be treated poorly by tweens I'd work as a teacher. Ever since then when I needed bait, hooks, or sinkers, I took the extra 2 minutes to go to Bernie's to at least take my chances with adult employees.
