Recently my son had hand surgery with Dr. Edelstein, the team at Brooklyn Surgery Center did an excellent job at taking care of all of us. From the receptionist, to the team behind it all-- we were amazed. We were extremely nervous, but with their reassurance, we knew our son would be in good hands. The service is incredible, and we had an amazing experience. The team was on point throughout the process, and the facility itself is wonderful as well. We highly recommend this center for any surgical procedures .

My Momhave been here and have waited for 3 hours, nobody call her and they keep excuse the late. we still waiting. By the way, our appointment is 7:30 and now it's 10:40, it's ridiculous doctor Li. :(. I also heard someone waited for almost one day from morning to afternoon, and the patient can't eat anything before the operation. This place sucks.
1, After the surgery, the nurses won't wait for you to feel good and just kick you out because they are closing. No ambulette service is suggested. I got out of there with dizziness and discomfort. 2, On the day of surgery, the receptionist collected 2500 deductible from me. After the surgery, I kept receiving bills from my doctor and the anesthesia company. It was very annoying in the beginning because I think I paid my deductible already. I called my insurance and they said this Brooklyn Surgery Center collected 2500 for nothing and suppose to refund me right away. This Brooklyn Surgery Center never ever inform me their use of the collected 2500 and the possible refund. In other words, if I don't find out, they won't refund me any! I made at least 5 phone calls to the center and the representative kept saying they will refund by check. I still did not receive that check after 3 months of my surgery. By the time I write this review, they still claimed the check is on the way. If you care about your money and health, don't ever choose this center.
What an exceptional and courteous health care team! I have had such great surgical experiences x2 there. I would highly recommend Brooklyn Surgery Center, a very clean, efficient site, for any ambulatory proceduredure. Kudos and keep up the good work!
Be careful..they are crooks. They made my dad pay for his colonoscopy and when they were reimbursed by his insurance company, they never refunded my dad. We're still trying to get reimbursed 1 year later. Don't give more than your co-pay.
