Respectful staff i didn't even know they was a sale going on until one of the staff mentioned it,switch carriers got the phone that my wife wanted and myself. Apart from all that Netflix is on them with the phone plane and t mobile Tuesday's which give free stuff and discounts. T Mobile is the S##T yoo lol.

Bought AirPod Pro which did not work out for me. Went back to the store to have it exchanged. Sergei was very courteous and customer service and satisfaction oriented. Even though i was bit over the return dates per T- mobile policy, Sergei did his best to help me and exchange the item. I can say that he is truly an asset to your company and people like him drive more customers to T-Mobile. Thank you
For weeks the employees at this store been unable to fulfill my warranty, even after admitting that the phone I purchased with them was broken. They keep on sending me to someone else and ask me to await calls week after week but nothing ever happens and the warranty doesn't get fulfilled. Incompetent, incapable staff. Now I am forced to file for arbitration and am still stuck with a broken phone. Just an awful, stressful experience with a clueless, incompetent and incapable staff.
