I found an amazing deal on a Doona with extra accessories from Baby’s Den. I ordered off their website and paid using PayPal. Baby’s Den authorized my payment by the next day, but did not take the money (as others have had the problem). I waited over 2 weeks, but never received a shipping email. I started calling, leaving voicemails, dming on Instagram and sending emails with no response. They called me one day asked about my COVID supplies order and after I told them I had ordered something else, I was hung up on and couldn’t get ahold of them again. I started sending them 20-30 emails a day and finally received a response within 3 days. I was told they were out of stock and didn’t know when they would be back in stock. I’ll be cancelling my order and ordering from somewhere else. I’m super disappointed in the customer service and wish I hadn’t been allowed to order an item OUT OF STOCK. If this is due to COVID then I’d be very understanding, but it’s simple to update a website to let customers know you’re out of stock.

Just received my beautiful wooden crib of dreams. My baby loves it and it's great quality that I was not able to find elsewhere. Workers were helpful and patient while we shopped. Highly recommended!

Baby's Den has poor customer service and is stealing from customers. I placed an order last year for an item that was supposed to arrive in 5-10 business days, per the company's website. I never received my order and still have not received a shipping confirmation. I have reached out to the company a myriad of times, including via phone and via email, but I have not received any return communication from them. I am very disappointed that they would take my money without providing me the item I purchased. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered pushchair online and hoped they will send it. Did not get no tracking number, nothing. They dont answer not on email not in instagram. Now I have to go to bank and try to get back MY MONEY! shame on you. that pushchair for poor little disabled boy
