We ordered the pallets two day before our load arrival. Scheduled to arrive at 7 am but not show up until 9 am. They explained the deliver truck is on the way the first time and another 10 minutes to arrive after we call an hour later, but they never make it. We lose the money for hiring the unloader and detention for the truck. I have no idea why this company has a 5 star. I give 1 star because the lady who make schedules apologies.
Evelyn has been very helpful, we've received about 300 pallets from them in the last month and are very pleased. The driver is always on time and Evelyn follows up prompty via email and text to confirm eta. Our company looks forward to working with them for a long partnership. Thank you
