Had two buffers fail on the job. Had a clueless salesperson who waited for me to select and bring hardware to their desk. I also found the unrepaired items back on the floor after I returned them. Unfixed. And on top of it all they're expensive. I don't rent there anymore.

When an issue came up, desk agents were apologetic and quick to call the manager. But as it turned out, said manager was an incredibly rude and adversarial person. It would have been natural for him to check cameras to verify my claims (which were also confirmed by the agents), but he refused to be helpful in any way. Forced to dispute a credit card charge and leave this uncharacteristically bitter review.
