I brought my family and friend to this hot pot restaurant to celebrate my son birthday, we have order the seafood hot pot for all you can eat for around 40 per person. The overall service is good but there is only one plate of crab leg that it, we ask them to bring some more, but they told me there out of crab leg, they should have told us that they were low on crab leg so we ask they what they going to do about. At friar they told us they will offer one person free but when it time for the check they didn’t take it off. So we ask then why, the manager told us that we ate all other seafood, what kind of reason is that, it doesn’t matter what I ate before, what matter is what your worker have told us before. This restaurant has no credit for what they offer. I mean if you provide a service you have responsibilities to let your customers know you has or has not. 我带了我的家人和朋友来这家火锅餐厅庆祝我儿子的生日，我们已经点了海鲜火锅，每人大约40美元。整体服务是不错,但只有一个板的蟹腿,我们要求他们多带一些,但他们告诉我的蟹腿,他们应该告诉我们,他们低蟹腿上所以我们问他们要做些什么。在修士,他们告诉我们他们将免费提供一个人,但是当它的时间检查他们没有拿下来。所以我们问为什么,经理告诉我们,我们吃了所有其他的海鲜,什么样的原因是,不管我之前吃什么,重要的是你的工人之前告诉我们。这家餐馆所提供的东西没有信誉。我的意思是，如果你提供了一项服务，你有责任让你的客户知道你有或没有。

这家没服务 就是过去看两下 不添加饮料和汤底 盘子堆满了垃圾也不换掉 等我们叫买单了 到是很积极开始撤东西 也不问我们还在不在吃 这样的服务还要我们给餐费的18% 作为他们服务的小费 没给够 追我们到门口 不给我们走 还说这是规矩 一定要给 我也是醉了
又是一家吃了不会再来的火锅店！ 刚进去还挺热情，给你套衣服的塑料袋都是别人不知用过多少次了，点了第一次东西后，一直不见人。点了一条寿司，本来想再点了。服务员说先来一条，等下再叫。等了二十多分钟那条寿司才上桌，我是一点多去吃了，才二桌而己，一点都不忙。叫了三次东西以后想再叫二条寿司卷，寿司卷还没上，服务员把帐点送上来了。不知这是什么道理，二个人加小费差不多六十块。这服务无语了。
