Just wanted to say 'Thank You' to Leo and Masha. They made my renovation experience a lot less stressful. From the selection, quality and price standpoint they are hard to beat, but from the customer service they are unbeatable. It was unique and amazing experience to be treated more like a friend than just a customer. Highly recommend.
I had a very good experience with the people who are working at this store. I really need to emphasize that it is very hard to find honest people who are working for this business. But if you choose to buy the staff for your home here at this store you will not be disappointed. This couple ( the owners of the store Len and Masha) will give you a feeling that both of them are members of your family team. Denis is a very very good salesman. I will be a repeat customer at this business. The store might look like it's about past it's prime but don't let it fool you. My wife and I have been looking for a good tile store in both NY and NJ. We are refinishing our Bathroom. Porcelanosa stores were a rather sterile experience. Designs were nice but it was very hard to finalize a compete design of our bathroom. Some Brooklyn tile stores lacked customer service and dedication. We met Denis and everything fell in place. Got our design down in under an hour. He worked harder than anyone and gave us our space. As a business owner I always respect a salesman that is not jaded by his job in a place like Brooklyn. Good job!
