Inspired by their Canadian roots, UpNorth is a bar that shares their love of Poutine and delicious cocktails. A welcoming yet tasteful atmosphere flaunts a lofty space accented by subtle details. They have four separate types of poutine and the large size is perfect when you're craving poutine. The one I went with was mushroom gravy and hot dogs (though you could choose bacon too). It was delicious!!! They also have a good selection of Canadian, as well as American beers to choose from. The space is quite nice and the bar special was an 8 Molson and shot of bourbon. I will definitely be back!!!!

My favorite Canadian bar!!! All the bartender s are super nice and helpful. Mary is a sweetheart, definitely worth spending money there. Is a bit pricey compare to the other bars around the area but if you looking for something clean and peaceful this is your spot, oh I forgot to mention the food and drinks are amazing!!! If you are in Bushwick you have to check this place.

Bad food, bad service. The veggie burger was awful. Fries were just ok. Service was worse than the terrible food. Bartender acted as if I was nothing but an inconvenience. The place was basically empty on a Thursday evening. No cutlery, no condiments, no pleasantries etc. When I asked for mayo, I got an eye roll. Just another entitled Millennial who the world owes something to. The place will probably gone in a couple months anyway.

Went to UpNorth for poutine.... was confused to find out that although the outside of the building was still decorated as this restaurant, it was bought out and changed to "The Gradient" which is all vegan friendly food. I'm not a vegan but I went in anyways, ate with my vegan roommate, but it wasn't that good because A.) they brought her food out a solid 20 minutes before mine B.) mine was cold when it got to me C.) Weird vibes in the restaurant

10 for a club soda and well vodka? really? That is the same price for the redbull and vodka. Club soda and well vodka should not be more than 8. Update the prices on your POS so it doesnt charge the same price for mixed drinks. All mixed drinks are not the same price. Also, extra money in my pocket is more tip money for your bartenders.
