Bad experience. After I travelled to get to the place I was told I couldn’t talk to anyone without an appointment. There were zero customers in the store. None. Can I wait? No. Can I have an appointment over the weekend? No. Again there was no one In the store.

Bought a pair of fairly expensive prescription sunglasses. 15 months later the temple screw falls out and store reports a replacement screw is not available, and the only solution is to buy another pair...my tough luck. My view is they should stand behind the product regardless and offer some consideration. Buyer beware. Taking my business elsewhere.

There is an old man, who was very rude. I'll not recommend going to this store, if your skin color is not white. I came out of the store disgusted by his behaviour.

I'm a big fan of Urban Optical. They have a nice variety of frames, including a huge selection of the Danish brand prodesign (I own like 4 pair), and the people who work there are super nice and knowledgeable.
