Working with ABBA/US transportation is a dream. The drivers are consciousness, pleasant and thoughtful. They not only remember your name, but if they were given an address that is different than your usual, they will call to confirm the information is correct. They call the day before a pick-up to confirm you are going the next day, and if the driver is held up for any reason, they will let you now your estimated wait time, or try to send another van.
Extremely disrespectful. Go and read the other reviews, this company is extremely suspicious; refusing to answer questions and becoming increasingly hostile over the phone. I wouldn’t trust them with transporting my elderly parents.
Disgusting transportation company. Do Brooklyn a favor, go out of business.
