It was fast. Hassle free. My schedule was 2pm, I arrived an hour earlier but they let me in and had the biometrics and photo done in less than 15mins. Staff and front desk were nice and friendly.

Before my appointment I checked the reviews and I got uncomfortable what will happen. Well, nothing but good experience! Security made it easy and clear what you need to show and the person at the registration desk were also nice. The whole process took about 10 minutes. Probably the earliest reviewers made it clear they need to change the staff.

13 Months Holiday

People here can't even get your fingerprint done properly. I came here twice and my fingerprints were rejected twice because of bad quality. My case is severely delayed because of this. They can be more patient and make sure the fingerprints are clear, but they just want to make you leave as soon as possible.

I would give them a 0 but there’s no way but the people are very very very rude. I told them that if they don’t like there job don’t work there because they don’t have no good customer service at all. They really need to get better people to work there.
