Pretty good and big Express station. Large mezzanine. The station has a closed upper level which was originally made for a proposed Utica Avenue Line which never got built. So you have to use the B46 Select Bus instead. Service is good enough. Small park with a small bathroom on the street.

Fulton Site Park 4 Houses Inc. at 1711 Fulton Street owns the huge apartment complex in front of the subway entrance and the property where the businesses are located in the plaza at Utica/MX and Fulton Street. Unfortunately they are complete slumlords and do not keep up the plaza or the interior of the property. Really disgusting owners who have tried multiple tactics to get residents out of the building including not cleaning up garbage, turning off the heat in the winter. Google it and you will articles on them. It's unfortunate the city doesn't hold them accountable to clean their property which leads to the subway. It could be so much more for the community! Disgusting crooks. Please complain to 311. Other than that the subway is safe. Never had an issues. The exit that goes into the park is the one to use. \Fulton Park\ not Utica Ave/Fulton Street.

LOVE how wide the platforms are, it's crazy! The station has everything: frequent service, elevators, cellular service, AND free Wifi. All it needs now is the removal of all the homeless people.
