Great service, I went to the Verizon store on 5th ave and 86th st around 10:10am for the new iPhone and porting in a line from T-Mobile to my Verizon business plan. That store was horrible and wasted me 1 and half hour , end up telling me they can’t add a line for me. So I went to this Verizon store, the sales Natasha helped me to get a new iPhone with some accessories and port my number form T-Mobile with in 15 mins. What a big different, will switch more of my company lines to Verizon. Thanks
If your a Verizon customer you've been to a store or two in your time? This place is awesome very knowledgeable staff and the product is the product good as Apple or Samsung make it which is perfect as well.
Staff was nice BUT when I purchased the hot spot device the consultant registered my device to someone's else account. Sounds like a scam...yes, i was shocked too. I have to spend 1.5 hour on the phone explaining that it is me who purchased the device and it is me who paid for service. I didn't even could imagine it could happen. Would I come back to this location- NO. I don't if it was a scam or just unprofessional staff. Very disappointing. Verizon should check staff in this location.
